Ben Wolfe, Senior Vice President – Surety Operations
Ben Wolfe, Senior Vice President Surety Operations, began his career working civil and underground construction in the Pacific Northwest. Ben worked his way through the ranks of Laborer to Heavy Equipment Operator over the course of working summers throughout high school and college.
After graduating from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Business Leadership with an emphasis in Finance, Ben took on a fulltime role at a construction firm in the position of inside Finance. This work experience eventually led to Ben’s interest in surety and risk management.
Ben spent the next several years working for Travelers Bond, based out of the Seattle branch office with Washington and Alaska as his primary territories.
After five years with Travelers Bond, Ben took a position at Parker Smith & Feek as a Surety Bond Broker continuing to serve Contractors throughout the Pacific Northwest and all of Alaska. Ben became very skilled representing over 150 clients through the Boom and the entirety of the Great Recession.
After 11 years working Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, Ben was offered the role of Regional Director of Surety for Aon, based out of San Francisco. Three years later, after meeting Steve Passerine and the team at Andreini & Company, Ben now serves as the Senior Vice President of Surety Operations for Andreini & Company.
Ben’s focus beyond servicing clients’ day-to-day surety needs include: Indemnity Negotiations, Continuity Planning, Talent Acquisition and Risk Management Solutions. His operational territory has been expanded to a national footprint given his experience and expertise. His bond experience has allowed him to become a mentor and trusted advisor to both clients and underwriters. His finance background and field experience allows him to offer a unique insight to all our clients seeking surety support for their various endeavors.
