Nancy has 36 years insurance industry experience with the last 22 years dedicated to employee benefits. Nancy joined Andreini & Company in 2011 coming from a large regional brokerage where she worked with clients ranging in all sizes such as eBay and esurance which grew from a five life company to over 1,700 employees.
Nancy is responsible for the development and leadership of our account executives, account managers, client service coordinators and marketing analysts. Her responsibilities are to ensure the smooth support operations of your client service team through Best Practices. She applies her planning, supervising, troubleshooting and management talents to employee benefits operations so you receive prompt and courteous service.
Nancy is a Business Major holding a BA degree from the College of Notre Dame. She has continued her professional education as well and has a designation of Health Insurance Associate from The Health Insurance Association of America.
