President & COO
Tia Andreini joined Andreini & Company in 1982. In an effort to have a thorough understanding of the business, she has held a variety of positions within the company including roles in Employee Benefits, Personal Insurance, Commercial Lines and Risk Management departments. During her tenure, she was also responsible for the creation of the Northern California Property and Casualty Marketing Department, and to this day continues to spearhead the company’s Property and Casualty marketing endeavors which encompasses Northern California and all out of State branch offices. In this capacity, Tia has developed key relationships over the years with Insurance Company and Wholesale partners which has proved to be invaluable to the company. She has served and continues to serve on various Insurance Company Advisory Boards.
In 2008 Tia was promoted to what at the time was a newly created role within the company as, Chief Operating Officer. During this appointment, she continued to lead the Property and Casualty Marketing activities while taking on the company’s overall operational management duties, which involved the oversight of each department and branch within the organization inclusive of the Human Resource Department. Since this time, she has played an integral role in the evaluation, structuring and monitoring of the company’s operations with a hands-on, results oriented approach.
In 2015, Tia’s position within the company was further elevated when she was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. In this expanded capacity, Tia continues to hold the responsibility for leading the company’s day-to-day operations while working closely with Senior Management to pursue and execute higher level corporate objectives. In addition to holding the title of President and COO for Andreini & Company, Tia also sits on the company Executive Committee with the Senior Executive Management team and is a member of the Board of Directors.
Tia’s 35-year term with Andreini & Company coupled with her proven track record in all facets of management at the executive level has reinforced and shaped her keen understanding of the company’s culture and vision for the future.
